 Russ’s main roll on the team is Data Acquisition, Russ runs the on board computer system that records all the engine performance data throughout the pass. He works very closely with our legendary engine builder, Joe Baghosian, on the tune-up helping out with the timing and fuel management system. We call them our Bells & Whistles.
Russ also maintains what is called, “Our Book” which consists of weather, water, tune-up, times & speeds, parts used, and comments about every pass.
The electrical system on the boat has also become part of Russ’s responsibilities. Hopefully it starts and runs when needed!
